Welcome
to the Primus Bootleg Barn
Over
the years many Primus bootlegs have been popping up throughout the dark,
dank underworld of the illicit traders of other people's music (otherwise
known as bootlegers). We decided to create a venue for the fans to hear
some inspired performances that otherwise might have slipped away into
the netherworld of memory. The quality varies. Some of this stuff might
have come from the hardcore fan with the Walkman, others appear to have
been from the mixing board, one will never really know. We don't even care,
just enjoy.
Please
Read before Downloading
We
have encountered many problems with finding people on the internet trying
to profit from the bootlegs found in this section of the page. People have
tried selling these bootlegs in all ways, as audio CD's, as MP3's burned
to CD's, etc. If we find this occuring more in the future, we will be forced
to switch over all the bootlegs to RealAudio. Just because these files
are in MP3 format, does not mean you can go right on and sell these. Selling
bootlegs is illegal. If we catch you, you can be prosecuted. And when you
sell the bootlegs found on this page, you are killing respectable tape
trading. We put up these bootlegs for the benefit of the fans and to allow
people to hear Primus in the raw, not so you can profit from the band and
their work.
How
it works
All
these sound files are in the ever so popular MPEG3 file format. That means
you need a MPEG3 sound player to hear these badboys. Winamp is Bootlegboy's
prefered player, and it can be downloaded HERE.
Check back there ever so often for Winamp upgrades.
